The conference was hosted by Harbin University of Science and Technology and organized by its School of Science. Opening Ceremony

At the opening ceremony, Jiali Guo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Harbin University of Science and Technology, and Hui Bi, Dean of the School of Science, delivered opening speeches.
